Motorcycle riding is Dangerous and when you enter Lochmaree you are exposed to numerous risks and dangers.
When you enter Lochmaree you do so entirely at your own risk.
You must accept the venue as it stands with all or any defects hidden or exposed.
Attendees and participants must assess their own risk on entry.
You are advised to take extreme caution during any activity carried out on Lochmaree.
All people entering Lochmaree must register at the office immediately upon arrival.
All people entering Lochmaree will be required to sign a waiver to agree and acknowledge that all people entering Lochmaree do so entirely at their own risk.
All children U18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or guardian. All children U18 must be in visual contact and supervised by their parent or guardian during their entire stay at Lochmaree.
You and your possessions will only be covered by insurance if you have it yourself. Make sure you have all the necessary insurance cover before you arrive at Lochmaree. You cannot do it afterwards.
All riders must wear appropriate protective cover. Minimum requirements for all riders are a helmet, goggles, covered boots and long pants.
Riding area opens at 8:00 am and closes at 4:00 pm on Saturday.
Riding area opens at 8:00am and closes at 2:00pm on Sunday.
No Alcohol during riding times.
All riders must at the bare minimum ride in pairs. Under no circumstances whatsoever do you ride alone by yourself.
All riders must stay on marked trails and keep off the grass. No short cuts!
All trails are one way. Do not turn around under any circumstances!
All bikes not in use must be parked in an orderly manner within the parking bay area provided near the Lochmaree homestead.
Strictly no bikes are to be ridden around the Lochmaree homestead grounds and car parking area.
Lochmaree is a place for people to meet and enjoy their riding experience. Therefore, no anti-social behavior will be tolerated!
All gates must not be opened and left shut at all times.
